Income Taxes	Income Taxes The effective tax rates of 28.7% for the three months ended January 3, 2015 and 31.5% and for the three months ended December 28, 2013 are lower than would be expected by applying the U.S. federal statutory tax rate to earnings before income taxes primarily as a result of a significant portion of our earnings that come from foreign operations with lower tax rates.
