Subsequent events	Subsequent Events On October 4, 2018, the Company acquired Sweetman Construction Company, a provider of aggregates, asphalt and ready-mixed concrete in South Dakota, which will be included in the Company's construction materials and contracting segment. To date, the initial accounting for the acquisition is incomplete. Due to the limited time since the date of the acquisition, it is impracticable for the Company to make business combination disclosures related to the acquisition. The Company is still gathering the necessary information to provide such disclosures in future filings. On October 18, 2018, the Company entered into a $100.0 million term loan agreement with a variable interest rate, which matures on November 18, 2019.
