Subsequent events	Subsequent event In connection with the Company's variable interest in Dakota Prairie Refining, as discussed in Note 18, Centennial has agreed to guarantee repayment of the Dakota Prairie Refining term loan, which was entered into on April 22, 2013. The term loan maturity dates range from April 2018 to April 2023.
