Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 7, 2019, Modine Manufacturing Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter ended September 30, 2019.

During a conference call scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 8, 2019, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas A. Burke, and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Michael B. Lucareli, will discuss the Company’s results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2019.
