Note 1 – Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements

The condensed consolidated balance sheet as of June 30, 2015, the condensed consolidated statements of income and comprehensive income (loss), for the three and six-months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. These interim unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements reflect all adjustments which are, in the opinion of management, necessary to fairly present the financial position, results of operations and cash flows at June 30, 2015, and for all periods presented. Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America have been condensed or omitted.

The results of operations for the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2015 are not necessarily indicative of operating results for the full year. It is suggested that these condensed consolidated financial statements be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
