(c) The purchase price accounting valued the non-controlling interest related to Lake Benton, Storm Lake II and Condon at fair value using the discounted cash flow method. The non-controlling interest related to Lake Benton and Storm Lake II was subsequently purchased by ALLETE Clean Energy.
