On May 20, 2019, MSA Safety Incorporated (“MSA” or “Company”) and Gateway Merger Sub, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MSA, completed the previously announced acquisition of Sierra Monitor Corporation. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
