Related Party Transactions	7. Related Party Transactions Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the principal stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the quarters ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 was $10,602 and $9,649, respectively. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the six months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 was $27,021 and $18,481, respectively.
