Related Party Transactions	Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the majority stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the nine months ended December 31, 2013 and 2012 was $105,288 and $112,359, respectively.
