Basic and diluted earnings per share are computed based upon the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the respective periods. Diluted earnings per share gives effect to all dilutive potential common shares. For the three months and six months ended May 30, 2015 and May 31, 2014, the Company had no dilutive potential common stock.
