Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On July 31, 2020, the Company sold its Coventry Health Care Workers Compensation business for $850 million, subject to a working capital adjustment. The results of this business have historically been reported within the Health Care Benefits segment. The Company expects to recognize a pretax gain on the divestiture of approximately $225 million in the third quarter of 2020.
