During the three months ended June 30, 2016, the Company granted 4 million stock options with a weighted average fair value of $13.03 and a weighted average fair value exercise price of $104.82. The Company had 25 million stock options outstanding as of June 30, 2016 with a weighted average exercise price of $67.62 and a weighted average contractual term of 4.13 years.
