 On July 24, 2007 Registrant issued an earnings release (the “Earnings Release”) containing a discussion of Registrant’s results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter ending June 30, 2007.
 
The Earnings Release contains financial results presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) that the Registrant reported second quarter 2007 diluted earnings per share of $0.79, an increase of 31.7% versus $0.60 in 2006.
