ACQUISITIONS	ACQUISITIONS In August 2012, we signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Wuhan Asia-Pacific Condiments Co. Ltd. (WAPC), a privately held company based in China. The completion of the acquisition is expected to occur in mid-2013, subject to regulatory approval. WAPC manufactures and markets DaQiao and ChuShiLe brand bouillon products, which have a leading position in the central region of China. At the time of the execution of the agreement, annual sales of WAPC were approximately $115 million, which will be included in our consumer business segment following completion of the acquisition. We have agreed to acquire WAPC for approximately $141 million, subject to certain closing adjustments. During the first quarter of 2013, we made a $0.8 million deposit with WAPC related to this acquisition.
