Income tax disclosure	INCOME TAXES Other than additions for current year tax positions, there were no significant changes to unrecognized tax benefits during the three months ended February 28, 2013. Income taxes for the three months ended February 28, 2013 include $1.2 million of discrete tax benefits due to the recognition of a 2012 U.S. research tax credit. A new law was enacted in 2013 that retroactively granted the credit in 2012. There were no discrete tax adjustments in the first quarter of 2012.
