Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 28, 2008, Analysts International Corporation (the “Company”) is holding its annual shareholders meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At the annual meeting, Elmer N. Baldwin, the Company’s President and CEO, will deliver a presentation concerning the Company’s business, its future plan for transforming the business and activities and progress in implementing the plan since inception. Mr. Baldwin’s presentation for his remarks at the annual meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
