ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 26, 2004, Analysts International Corporation held a conference call in which management answered questions concerning the Company’s financial results for the quarter ending October 2, 2004, business operations and future strategy. The full text of the question and answer session from the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
