Property, Plant and Equipment During fiscal 2021, the Company ceased production at its Hillview wafer fabrication facility located in Milpitas, California and determined that this facility met the held for sale criteria specified in ASC 360. As of April 30, 2022, Prepaid expenses and other current assets includes the following assets held for sale recorded at the fair value of the asset group, less costs to sell:
