Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On November 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2015 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 4, 2015.
