The Company leases certain facilities, equipment and software under various operating leases that expire at various dates through 2022. The lease agreements frequently include renewal and escalation clauses and require the Company to pay taxes, insurance and maintenance costs. Total rental expense under operating leases was approximately $51.8 million in fiscal 2015, $51.0 million in fiscal 2014 and $49.0 million in fiscal 2013.
