Notes Receivable	. Notes Receivable The Company has notes receivable balances that are classified as current or long-term based on the timing of amounts due. Long-term notes receivable are included within other non-current assets on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets. During the period ended March 31, 2022, the Company recorded income of $4.8 million in engineering, selling and administrative expenses in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations to recognize the partial recovery of the previously written-off note with Manitowoc Dong Yue. As of March 31, 2022, the Company had current and long-term notes receivable in the amount of $14.9 million and $4.4 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2021, the Company had current and long-term notes receivable in the amount of $16.7 million and $5.2 million, respectively.
