     On August 14, 2002, Liberty Livewire Corporation (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2002 accompanied by the certification of William R. Fitzgerald, the Company’s chief executive officer, and George C.
