DEFERRED ENGINEERING COSTS	NOTE 5 — DEFERRED ENGINEERING COSTS Deferred engineering costs related to the planned construction of the Driftwood terminal were transferred to construction in progress upon issuing the LNTP to Bechtel in March 2022.
