Annual Meeting of Stockholders
 
The LGL Group, Inc.’s Board of Directors has determined that the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders for 2023 (the “2023 Annual Meeting”) will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 10:00am EST. The Board has established the close of business on October 24, 2023 as the record date for the determination of stockholders who are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2023 Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
