Discontinued Operations</font></div><div style="TEXT-INDENT: 0pt; DISPLAY: block; MARGIN-LEFT: 0pt; MARGIN-RIGHT: 19.45pt" align="justify"><font style="DISPLAY: inline; FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">During the second quarter of 2008, the Company&#8217;s Trailer segment was classified as a discontinued operation.&#160;&#160;During 2010, the Company sold certain tooling, equipment and spare parts, which were originally part of the Trailer segment, for scrap.&#160;&#160;Earnings from these sales have been included within the condensed consolidated statement of earnings for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 as earnings from discontinued operations.&#160;&#160;In addition, in 2010 certain assets and liabilities were classified as discontinued operations.&#160;&#160;Due to the inactivity and immaterial nature of these assets and liabilities, there are no discontinued operations to report for the three months ended March 31, 2011.</font></div>4.
