Subsequent Events	Note 17: Subsequent Event As previously reported, during July 2011, we issued 72,800 shares of common stock pursuant to the conversion by the Golsen Group of $2,000,000 principal amount of the 2007 Debentures in accordance with the terms of the 2007 Debentures and we issued 4,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the conversion by the Golsen Group of a convertible promissory note in accordance with the terms of such note.
