Related Parties	Related Parties A member of the Company’s Board of Directors also serves on the Board of Directors of a vendor that provides branded consumer packaged goods to the Company. The Company purchased products from this vendor in the amount of $165 million in 2019, $156 million in 2018, and $149 million in 2017. Amounts payable to this vendor were insignificant at January 31, 2020 and February 1, 2019. The Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer also serves on the Board of Directors of a vendor that provides transportation and business services to the Company. The Company purchased services from this vendor in the amount of $117 million in 2019 and $91 million in 2018. Amounts payable to this vendor were insignificant at January 31, 2020. This was not considered a related party relationship in 2017.
