PRODUCT WARRANTIES

We offer warranties on the sale of most of our products and record an accrual for estimated future claims. Such accruals are based upon historical experience and management’s estimate of the level of future claims. The activity in warranty reserves for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, and 2020, is summarized in the following table:

We continue to monitor warranty and other claims associated with our products and believe as of September 30, 2021, that the warranty reserve balances associated with these matters are adequate to cover future warranty payments. However, it is possible that additional changes may be required in the future.
