Trade receivables are primarily generated by sales of our products to our wholesale and retail customers. Other receivables, as of September 30, 2021, and December 31, 2020, primarily consist of sales tax receivables, vendor rebates, a receivable associated with an affiliate, and other miscellaneous receivables.
