Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 13, 2019, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (“LP”) issued a press release announcing that it will indefinitely curtail OSB production at its Peace Valley facility in Fort St. John, B.C. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. LP expects to record severance and other one-time costs related to the curtailment of approximately $5 to $7 million with the majority of this expense recorded in the third quarter of 2019. This amount is an estimate and is subject to change as LP implements the curtailment.
