SUBSEQUENT EVENT As of January 15, 2019, LP obtained a controlling financial interest in Entekra based upon LP's ability to add an additional board member to Entekra's Board of Directors. LP will be required to consolidate Entekra's financial results within LP's consolidation financial statements beginning in the first quarter of 2019.
