Consolidation of and Accounting For Subsidiaries	Consolidation of and Accounting for Subsidiaries The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and the accounts of its 100% owned subsidiaries Minera LSG S.A. and Goldrich Placer, LLC. These subsidiaries are included in the accompanying financial statements by consolidation, with all intercompany balances and investment accounts eliminated.

Disclosure of accounting policy for subsidiaries or other investments that are consolidated, including the accounting treatment for intercompany accounts or transactions and any noncontrolling interest.
