Certain Financing Arrangements

We periodically enter into sale-leaseback arrangements that do not meet the criteria of a sale for accounting purposes. As such, we account for these transactions as financing arrangements. As of December 31, 2022 and 2021, we had $558 million and $375 million, respectively, of financing obligations reported within other liabilities on the Consolidated Balance Sheets.
