Commitments for minimum rentals, not including common charges, under non-cancelable leases

a. Leases - On January 2, 2013, the Company entered into a sublease agreement for certain office and administrative space expiring October 31, 2015.  Commitments for minimum rentals, not including common charges, under this non-cancelable lease at the end of 2014 are as follows:
