During the fiscal years ended June 30, 2018, 2017 and 2016, the Company recorded write-downs to net realizable value for excess and obsolete inventory of $12.2 million, $10.4 million and $9.4 million, respectively.  At June 30, 2018 and 2017, inventory balances were written-down by $11.9 million and $4.5 million, respectively, for excess and obsolete inventory amounts.
