Commitments	Note 13. Commitments *Leases* The Company’s subsidiary, Cody Labs leases a 73,000 square foot facility in Cody, Wyoming. This location houses Cody Lab’s manufacturing and production facilities. Cody Labs leases the facility from Realty, a Wyoming limited liability company which is 50% owned by the Company. See Note 11 “Consolidation of Variable Interest Entity.” Rental and lease expense for the years ended June 30, 2013, 2012 and 2011 was approximately $104 thousand, $108 thousand, and $100 thousand, respectively.
