On May 28, 2021, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared and authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on July 12, 2021 to holders of record as of June 24, 2021.

 Kulicke & Soffa Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.14

SINGAPORE– May 28, 2021 - Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (“Kulicke & Soffa,” “K&S” or the “Company”), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared and authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on July 12, 2021 to holders of record as of June 24, 2021.
