SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	22.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 13, 2019, the Company completed the sale of its You Technology business to Inmar for total consideration of $565, including $400 received upon closing. The transaction includes a long-term service agreement for Inmar to provide the Company digital coupon services. The sale resulted in a gain and will be included in “Gain on sale of business” in the Consolidated Statements of Operations in the first quarter of 2019. On March 22, 2019, the Company announced a definitive agreement for the sale of its Turkey Hill Dairy business to an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, subject to customary closing conditions and any regulatory reviews. The transaction will result in a gain and it is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019.
