9. Related Party Transactions	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the nine month period ended February 28, 2017, the Company issued 1,750,000 shares (valued at $32,628) to its directors and officers. The Company purchased Mega Mines LLC on December 1, 2016 for 45,000,000 shares. Mega Mines LLC has eight mining concessions in Mexico.
