Note 16. Subsequent Events	Note 16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On June 5, 2015, the Company issued 250,000 shares of its common stock to each of its three directors and to each of the two officers of its Mexican subsidiary. On June 5, 2015, the Company issued 700,000 shares of its common stock to attorney and accountants for services. The Company issued 3,500,000 shares of its common stock to consultant.
