Subsequent Event, Description	On October 9, 2014, Mr. Joshua (Simon) Shainberg was appointed president of the Company. On December 4, 2014, Mr. Shainberg resigned from that position. His resignation did not occur as a result of any disagreement with the Company over its practices, policies or procedures.
