10. Subsequent Events	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 9, 2014, Mr. Joshua (Simon) Shainberg was appointed president of the Company. On December 4, 2014, Mr. Shainberg resigned in such capacity. His resignation did not occur as a result of any disagreement with the Company over its practices, policies or procedures.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
