Nature of Operations	Business The Company is in the business of mining for precious metals. It is currently an exploration stage company as set forth in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Industry Guide #7 and, accordingly, expenses all exploration costs until proven and probable reserves are established. The Company formed a subsidiary in Mexico (AIVN de Mexico) during 2013 to exploit mining claims it has acquired in the Mexican state of Baja, California. The Company acquired an 85% interest in this subsidiary, with the other 15% owned by officers of the subsidiary.
Consolidation, Policy	Basis of Consolidation The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its subsidiary. All significant intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.
