SUBSEQUENT EVENT	(15) SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 31, 2019, the Company signed an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Convoy Servicing Company and Agility Fleet Services, LLC (collectively “Convoy”) for approximately $40,000,000 in cash, before post-closing adjustments. Convoy is an authorized dealer for Thermo King refrigeration systems for trucks, railroad cars and other land transportation markets for North and East Texas as well as in Colorado. This acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
