Legal Matters	Legal Matters We are subject to various lawsuits and claims pertaining to issues such as contract disputes, product liability, patents and trademarks, advertising, employee and other matters. Although the results of litigation and claims cannot be predicted with certainty, we believe that the ultimate disposition of these matters, to the extent not previously provided for, will not have a material adverse effect, individually or in the aggregate, on our business, financial condition, results of operations or liquidity. We have been named as a potentially responsible party under the provisions of the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, or analogous state statutes, at a number of waste disposal sites, none of which, individually or in the aggregate, is likely to have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition, results of operations or liquidity.
