COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES In February 2025, MachiningCloud, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the Company in the Superior Court of the State of California alleging breach of a contract and other matters and is seeking more than $330 million in damages. The Company removed the case to federal court in the Western District of California Western Division. At this stage of the litigation, no determination can be made with regard to the outcome of the litigation, including the probability of an unfavorable outcome. The Company intends to vigorously defend the action, including without limitation, bringing counterclaims against MachiningCloud, Inc.
