PRINCIPLES OF CONSOLIDATION	NOTE 3 - PRINCIPLES OF CONSOLIDATION The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Kenilworth Systems Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries: Kenilworth Systems Nevada Corporation, Kenilworth Satellite Broadcasting Corporation, KenSysCo Corporation, KenSysCo International and Convergent Networks. None of these subsidiaries has any assets or liabilities, except for KenSysCo Corporation.
