Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Terence E. Adderley, the Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of our board of directors, and certain trusts with respect to which he acts as trustee or co-trustee, control approximately 93% of the outstanding shares of Kelly Class B common stock, which is the only class of our common stock entitled to voting rights. Mr. Adderley receives compensation relative to his services as executive chairmen of the Company. There were no material transactions between the Company and Terence E. Adderley in 2017 or 2016.
