Business Combinations	Business Combinations During fiscal year 2016, the Company acquired J.L. Patterson & Associates and The Van Dyke Technology Group, Inc. These acquisitions were not material to the Company’s consolidated results for the first nine months of fiscal 2016.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
