Other Events
Today, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company”) announced that all conditions to the confidential deed of settlement entered into by its subsidiary, CH2M HILL Australia PTY Limited, and JKC Australia LNG Pty Limited (“JKC”), UGL Infrastructure Pty Limited, General Electric and GE Electrical International Inc., with respect to the dispute with JKC relating to a subcontract for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a 360 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant for INPEX Operations Australia Pty Limited (the “Settlement Agreement”) have been satisfied, and the Settlement Agreement has become binding upon the parties. See the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 12, 2022 for additional information about the settlement.
